  • Shipping

    We are excited for you to receive your order and do our best to ship within 2 business days or less. If there is any delay beyond 2 days we will notify you via email. Business days are Monday - Friday and exclude federal holidays.

    We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders. For any transit delays, we ask that you contact the carrier directly as we do not have control over packages once it ships from our facility.

    Shipping rates are charged at the time of your order is placed and will reflect in your shopping cart during checkout. We recommend maximizing shipping costs by consolidating as many items into one order as possible.

  • Returns

    Not a 100% in love? No problem! We’ll gladly accept merchandise purchased on ElNidoHome.com for return. Item must be accompanied by the original store sales receipt and its original packaging and within 30 days of original purchase date. Your original form of payment will be credited once the item has been received and processed in our warehouse.

    Any items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.

    Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges.

    Please note: eGift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
